Master of Alchemy Awake/Crisis- there is no holding back the onslaught of this tectonic subduction of sound. Lyrically, though, it is about falling into the sun. If you want a visual image to go along with the music, see the ending of Danny Boyle's 2007 film Sunshine. Divergence- a pounding metal guitar rhythm, like your heart pounding out of your chest in panic when you know you are a breath away from death. Loom- is, if possible, even more epic in scope. Hugely listenable! Favorite track: Loom (i.Drowse ii.Barren).

HDD Rumbling bass, heavy crunchy riffs, sparse vocals. Good stuff here. Favorite track: Loom (i.Drowse ii.Barren).

E'sPsychedelicBreakfast This band totally got me with their first song. I simply love the moment when suddenly the massive wall of guitar and bass overruns me in 'Awake/Crisis'.
The whole album is a masterpiece to me. The seemingly endless jamming in 'Loom' reaches the highest climax and makes a perfect outro! Favorite track: Loom (i.Drowse ii.Barren).

1.
Awake/Crisis 06:14
One deep breath in. Keep your eyes shut, vacuum stings. Ice on your skin. Feel it burning, deep within. The surface calls. Gold flashes, as you fall. You've come so far, to disappear within a star.
2.
Divergence 04:38
Edge of rescue. Wide eyed in fear, looking beyond.
3.
Weakling 07:14
I've nothing. Life nor death have I. Existence? Brother of demise. I am weak. Dust among the stars. Forgive me. Forgive me.
4.
Torn cloth. Frayed edge. Black rock. Underfoot. Lead foot. Cobalt light. Desolate sky. Bleak upon salted eyes.
