Master of Alchemy Catacombs and Spire continue where Ancients left off, like molten magma rumbling deep below the ground then exploding in sparks and flames while lava bombs come pounding down from out of the sky. With these tracks there is some sense of the band finding their way. However, by Lunar Dawn they are masters, writing an epic saga of musical expression with a more confident breadth and nuance of sound. There are really great moments throughout. Favorite track: Lunar Dawn (Keep, Relic & Ritual).
The Midnight Toker.

The Midnight Toker. Dare I say the British Elder ?
It's really the likely comparison.
I found Lunar Dawn to be a real sonic masterpiece. Brilliantly structured and long enough to properly build up to an amazing 20 minute crescendo but not one second boring you at all in that time period. Quite an accomplishment. Favorite track: Lunar Dawn (Keep, Relic & Ritual).

E'sPsychedelicBreakfast The whole album seems to be stuck inside my head sind the first time I listened to it. Especially 'Spire' is really damn good! I would even consider it one of the best Doom/Stoner songs I know. It's just ageless to me and seems to slow down time. The lyrics are magnificent and full of energy. Not many words are being said, but those who are, are full of emotion. Favorite track: Spire.

In frozen spire, the Royal liar is holding court, in jewelled attire. A shallow promise of a place in the sky, is all it takes to send men to die.
3.
Keep them from your door... As shifting sands reveal the keep, the mummy King and his Queen weep the blood of all who fell before; when, long ago, they stormed the door. The Relic of forgotten time is bathed in light, as moons align. A lunar dawn to resurrect a war. ...Bathed in light as moons align.
