Master of Alchemy I have no idea what the track names and lyrics are about, but the music is good! After an electric acoustic guitar intro Slátra has momentum to it, before tailing out and into 2nd track Myrkva, which makes me think of a very heavy version of Explosions in the Sky. The last track Stjärna Ormr has some proper pummelling guitars happening! Earthmass are writing albums rather than songs, which is great for those of us who enjoy the long play. Favorite track: Slátra.
The Midnight Toker.

The Midnight Toker. This release is more in the vein of Russian Circles/Red Sparowes at times a dash of Isis in a few instances and a little emphrealical in spots. Stjarna Ormr is quite an epic track if I had to select a favorite. complex, heavy, powerful with flashes of beautiful moments throughout. Favorite track: Stjärna Ormr.
